Teacher Apple Thank You Cards

{Apple Series} Teacher Thank You Cards
I have to say that my class this past year was probably the most appreciative class I have ever had in the past 5 years.  They really went above and beyond to show how much they appreciate everything I do.  With that being said, I just couldn't send a cheap thank you card.  Soooooo, I created an adorable thank you card complete with a school font and a super cute apple.

I used a green polka dot cardstock behind the apple and printed the "thank you" out on my computer.  The apple is cut and assemble from my Cricut cartridge Doodlecharms.
Here are some more images...

Don't you just love the font! Perfect for a teacher gift:)

What do you think?
I absolutely love them and was so happy to send some love to all my students.
Actually, I loved these little cards so much I plan on making a set with "Welcome to our class" to send to my new students in the fall and another set with my name to use throughout the year.
I plan on putting these up in my etsy shop this summer but if you are interested in the "thank you" cards, "Welcome to our class" cards, or your name or child's teacher's name please email me HERE for more information and pricing.
How cute would this be as a teacher appreciation gift or as a first day of school gift!

Also, I am currently working on some new designs so be on the lookout for the following:
*Bumble Bee Baby Shower Inviations/Decorations
*Bumble Bee Birthday Invitations/Decorations
*Christening Invitations
*Pool Party Invitations
*Summer BBQ Invitations

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer!

One More {Friday Favorites} Teacher Appreciation

OOPS! I forgot to post this!
:)
I saw this project linked up at I Heart Naptime and I just had to include it in my {Friday Favorites} Teacher Appreciation edition but I didn't want to post it without sharing this idea first.

How stinkin' cute is this?

She used her Cricut to cut out flowers, punched the holes to fit over the tops of the pencils and then created a pencil bouquet.  OMG! I would absolutely love this as a teacher appreciation gift!  I also love how easy it is to make but it looks like a lot of time and effort went into it.  Thank you so much Happy Scraps for this adorable teacher appreciation gift.

Check out this idea and more by clicking HERE!

Did you show your appreciation to your child's teacher this week?

Thank you to all those great teachers out there (especially my friends at KEG School)

{Friday Favorites} Teacher Appreciation Crafts

Welcome to the first issue of
{Friday Favorites}

Since Teacher Appreciation week is May 2nd to the 6th along with the fact that I am a Second Grade Teacher, I felt it was only appropriate to start this issue off with Teacher Appreciation Crafts.  I will be linking up some fabulous crafts/printables/ideas here from the many blogs I follow.  On a more personal note, if you have a child in school, please take the time to send in a little thank you note to your child's teacher.  Trust me, a beautifully written thank you note is always appreciated and in many cases kept only to be pulled out during those days when it has rained for two weeks straight, a holiday is coming up, and the moon is full!  Those teachers out there know what I am talking about :)

Without further adieu... Let me introduce you to some fantastic Teacher Appreciation Ideas!

I absolutely love this card especially the place for the gift card.  Yes, most teachers do love their coffee!

I plan on giving this out to my teacher friends at the beginning of next year as a welcome back gift complete with the clipboard.  Maybe use a little Mod Podge, add some ribbon and then voila!

I love that you can personalize the print with the teacher's name :)

Come on... what teacher doesn't love candy and cute cookies!

This print is so versatile because you could use it as a card or a tag for a bag.  I love the polka-dots and the simple print.

I would definitely never say no to more pencils.  Seriously, I really think my students eat them:)

More candy and a cute little saying, enough said!

The Happy Scraps - Pencil Bouquet
A pencil bouquet with adorable flower toppers, so stinkin' cute!

I know it's not really a teacher appreciation gift but I know that anything that keeps me organized is always helpful and appreciated.

I want to send a huge thank you to all the creative people out there creating some fantastic crafts/printables/etc and for appreciating your child's teacher!

~If you would like your idea/printable to be featured for this issue of Teacher Appreciation please leave a comment linking to your blog and I will add you to my post asap.

~Also I am looking for a FREE download for Keep Calm and Teach on.  Does anyone know if this is available?  If you have made one please leave a comment so I can add you to my post.

Thank you!
